COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Showing up for one another

A look at OTF community support: sharing essential supplies, meeting families and bringing people together through outreach.

Care begins with showing up. These moments from the foundation’s community visits capture volunteers and community members coming together, with food and household supplies at the heart of the outreach. This work is part of our Help a Community programme, which focuses on practical support and human connection. Explore the photographs below to see the people behind that purpose.
